We can never predict how quickly a patient will respond to acupuncture and individuals respond at different rates.

In general response times depend on the individual issue and how long you have been dealing with it.

At the Sutton Coldfield clinic we evaluate your progress carefully but   typically 3- 5 sessions will be enough to evaluate your overall response to acupuncture.In most cases we recommend weekly sessions to start with.

For male and fertility infertility therapy we suggest at least 6-10 sessions spread over a 3 - 4 month period. Fertility patients with additional medical conditions may need longer.

It is also quite common for some patients to see a dramatic change with only 1 session!

Many patients even after their symptoms are resolved choose to continue acupuncture to assist with maintaining their health.
